Be you.
Feel Supported and Safe
Private therapeutic yoga offers one-on-one support tailored to your unique physical, emotional, and mental health needs. Sessions will meet you where you are and evolve as you do, using yoga as a practical, accessible tool for healing, regulation, and sustainable well-being.
When a movement practice is designed for you specifically, you will leave each session feeling more connected with yourself. You will become more flexible, stronger, and calmer during your time with me.
Jess moves mindfully through the world, deeply present everytime we meet. They are attentive, compassionate and non-judgmental as they provide structure and encouragement to others to listen to their own body and needs. Everytime I work with them I feel complete, as if I’ve had a whole yoga experience (they value a good savasana as do I:) I’ve had the pleasure of knowing them through the past several years along their therapeutic yoga journey, and have seen them commit their whole authentic self. It is a joy to work and grow with Jess!

Monarch Studio
I invite you to practice where I do – my home studio in my backyard in Richmond, CA. The Monarch studio is where our sessions will be held, I have plenty of props to support your practice, natural light, trees and native plants that make Monarch studio a calming and beautiful place to practice. You don’t even need to have a mat – I got you covered.
Monarch studio got it’s name after a monarch caterpillar made it’s home right outside it’s studio to grow into a beautiful Monarch butterfly. You too can become the beautiful Monarch butterfly here and through my work. I’d love to be part of your evolution.

Where it all begins
How it works
Our work together will begin with us getting to know each other – especially you! Below is the three step process on how our work will begin.
1
Let’s talk
We begin with a complimentary 15-minute phone call to connect and determine whether therapeutic yoga is a good fit for your needs. This is a chance to ask questions, share what you’re experiencing, and explore how this work may support you.
2
Intake
If we move forward, we’ll schedule a one-hour intake session to review your current physical and/or mental health, daily routines, goals, and any relevant medical considerations. This information informs the design of your personalized yoga sequence.
3
First and Ongoing Sessions
During your first session, we’ll move through the sequence created specifically for you. We’ll take time to notice what feels supportive, what doesn’t, and how your body and nervous system respond. Your feedback is central to the process.
As our work continues, we’ll regularly check in and fine-tune your sequence. Practices evolve as your needs, goals, and capacity change—ensuring your yoga remains relevant, effective, and sustainable
